Artist Biography

Influenced by avant-garde music, Giotto's thirteenth century fresco of St. Francis feeding the birds, and the work of Marcel Duchamp, Adams manages to be at once expressive and formally controlled in his paintings, by allowing these diverse influences to come together in his studio and in his work.
